Why would I say this? Look at the FTC (FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION) codes and guidelines for what falls into the category of a "PYRAMID SCAM"!
FTC Rules to what constitutes a Pyramid Scheme - They promise consumers or investors large profits based primarily on recruiting others to join their program, not based on profits from any real investment or real sale of goods to the public. Some schemes may purport to sell a product, but they often simply use the product to hide their pyramid structure. And if in documentation and financial records you a company can account for over seventy five percent (75%) of it's annual revenues are a direct and (or) indirect attribute to the recruiting of new "members" and collection of dues, administration fees, and or annual service agreement fees. It is considered to be operating under the guise of a pyramid scheme.
The companies that I mention that sale the above mentioned so called: "PRODUCTS" are in fact a classic example of covering up a pyramid scheme.
They DO NOT sale to the retail level and NONE of there "members" have software stores that target the consumer retail level.
